“You” refers to the user or customer accessing our website and/or purchasing products from our online store.

“Products” refers to the houseplants and any other items available for purchase on our website.

3. Use of our website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and make purchases.

You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Products

We specialize in rare, rooted Anthurium clones. Unless stated otherwise, you will receive the exact plant pictured. Each plant is unique, and minor variations in color or size can occur due to natural growth.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure payment methods.

6. Shipping policy

We ship every Monday to minimize transit stress for the plants.
Orders placed after Sunday 18:00 CET will ship the following Monday.

Weather Delays

In case of extreme temperatures (heat or frost), we will delay shipping and notify you via email. Plant health always comes first.

Shipping Info

  • We ship across most European countries.

  • Tracking information is provided once your package is dispatched.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.

Communication

If delays occur due to weather, courier strikes, or holidays, we will notify you proactively. Feel free to contact us with questions about delivery timing.

7. Transit Risks & Arrival Condition

While we pack with care, shipping live plants always carries some risk.

  • Minor cosmetic damage (bent leaves, slight yellowing, dehydration) is not refundable.

  • If your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or partial refunds may be granted only if:

  • The plant arrives dead or severely damaged, and

  • You report the issue within 24 hours, with proper photographic documentation.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to Friday 18:00 CET before the scheduled Monday shipping. After that, all sales are final.

10. Liability & Import Regulations

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any delay, damage, or loss.
Customers are responsible for checking import laws in their country.
No refunds are issued for parcels seized or returned due to local regulations.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in line with GDPR and will only be used for order processing and communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it amicably first. If necessary, legal proceedings will take place under the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
